About Us
It started with a simple hope: that Hmong families north and east of Seattle would have a church close to home, where they could know the love of Jesus and belong to a community of faith.
As the church grew and the world around us changed, so did our sense of who we’re here for. We saw younger Hmong who couldn’t easily follow the Hmong language struggle to hear the gospel, and neighbors from other cultures who found it hard to step in. English became the way we open our doors, and the warmth and hospitality of Hmong culture is what greets people when they walk in.
Our Beliefs
We are part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, and our faith centers on Jesus Christ in four ways:
Jesus is our Savior. He gave His life for us, and through faith in Him we are forgiven and made new.
Jesus is our Sanctifier. He shapes us to be more like Him, day by day, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus is our Healer. He cares for the whole person, and we trust Him with our bodies, hearts, and burdens.
Jesus is our Coming King. We live with hope, knowing He will return and make all things new.
We also hold the Bible as God’s Word, our guide for faith and life.

Our Meeting Space
Join us in the chapel at Woodinville Alliance Church, where our community gathers to worship, connect, and grow in faith.
Service Time
Our weekly services are a time of worship and connection. We gather every Sunday at 1:00PM for our main worship service. Fellowship time follows service, allowing time to connect and share a small meal together.
Our Pastor

Outreach Hmong Alliance Church is led by Rev. Andy Kue, a pastor who has spent more than a decade helping people encounter God’s love and grow in their faith. He, his wife, and their four children moved to Washington a few years ago, and they count it a joy to serve and call this community home.
Rev. Andy is excited to serve the Hmong community and beyond. He is passionate about pointing people to Jesus, building real relationships, and raising up the next generation to love God and make Him known.
When he’s not at the church or his shop, you’ll often find him grilling steaks for his family, enjoying the occasional fishing trip, or exploring the Pacific Northwest with the people he loves most.
